DYE are an fresh and innovative dance company based in the Cotswolds. Formally an elite youth group they have developed over the last 4 years into a pro/am company held in high regard technically and creatively. Always challenging artistic and traditional definitions, DYE will enthrall and entertain with their unique brand of music & dance. Primarily a contemporary company, DYE also dance other technical genres including classical, rock ballet, and urban. DYE continues to take the less travelled road by their very nature. The thing is that the journey is great to watch!

What makes Dye different? - That's a tricky question. There are many great dancers out there, many inspired choreographers producing great pieces. All we can say is what we try to do. We love ambient narrative. we try to put the audience first. we are prepared to look at a concept from unusual perspectives and we believe in our dancers. We employ a unique view of artistic and technical development and the psychology and the physicality involved in the pursuit of excellence. We also try to keep a very real perspective of who and where we are!
